Hot on the heels of a new look brand comes a new General Manager for Mayplas, with Paul Marshall being promoted from his previous position as Operations Manager.
Since joining Mayplas in July 2013, Paul has been at the forefront of innovation for the company which included Mayplas taking the lead on a group-wide roll out of the new IT operations management system, K8.
With a career steeped in engineering and manufacturing, Paul has well over 20 years’ experience in various management roles which have given him excellent insight into quality, production and process.
Excited about the opportunities and challenges which his expanded role will present, Paul comments: “We’re already well on our way to achieving many of our commercial and operational objectives, one of these being Zero Harm with respect to Health and Safety. Another priority from a production perspective is to further improve productivity by engineering out waste inefficiencies and to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.”
