The introduction of two bespoke machines – a CNC-controlled abrasive wire machine and a state-of-the-art bead laminator – marks a major step in improving production capabilities and ensuring faster, precision-cut insulation products for many construction product applications.
New CNC-controlled abrasive wire machine
The first of the new additions is a CNC-controlled abrasive wire machine, designed to offer highly accurate cutting and profiling of insulation materials. This bespoke system operates from 2D drawings and provides several key advantages:
